Hello world! Now that I’m 55 …

Now that I’m 55 I realize there’s no getting around it. I’ve lived more than half my life. I realize I’ve grown personally in the last 20 years. Things that I thought I knew for sure were true turn out to be not … necessarily. So I’m going to use this blog as a sort of public journal. Here will be thoughts about the changing world we live in and the concerns I have for my young adult children. I won’t be a bit surprised if no one but myself ever sees these posts but that’s OK with me.
